Summary: Our room looked to have been recently remodeled probably by the local handyman it's definitely no Hilton but it was clean, free of smells and bugs. We had a non smoking room our comforter had several burn holes. At night there is a lounge next door that can be noisy if you have littles we were able to fall asleep no problem and you could hear others closing doors etc. We just needed a place to get ready for an event and then sleep. Worked for us as we weren't spending a lot of time in our room
